Dear Parents and Guardians of the Class of 2025:

    It’s time for senior portraits!  In order to guarantee that your child’s senior portrait appears in our color senior section of the yearbook, please start booking portrait appointments immediately. Upstate Images is offering their services for Senior Portraits at Baker this summer July 9th. This is an option to consider, but you may choose any photographer you’d like. Getting the picture to us by the deadline of November 1st, 2024 is your responsibility.  After this date, we cannot guarantee your child’s picture will appear in the senior section. Please follow the guidelines below.  

Specifications for the 2025 Baker LYRE Yearbook Senior Portrait Section

**Provide this list to the photographer**

• Size/Print format: File size at least 300 dpi. High resolution .jpeg or .tiff format. 
• Roughly 3x4 inches in dimension
• Poses: Senior only.  No pets, friends, props, etc
• Background: Appropriate and tasteful background
• Deadline: Must be received by November 15th, 2024
• Send to: Use the Google Form provided to Seniors via email and the Senior Google Classroom page (GC page code for seniors: kia4jlm) or email it to bakeryearbook@bville.org 

Please use the Google Form to submit the photo if possible. Emailing the photo should be a last resort.

Please label the file name as: LastnameFirstname.jpg or .tiff (right click on the file to change it or go to “rename” on your computer or device)

Please note: 

All students enrolled at Baker as of December 1, 2024 who have either submitted a senior portrait or had a photo taken on picture day will be included in the yearbook. 

If we do not receive a senior portrait, we will use the picture taken on picture day at the beginning of the school year.

Please only submit pictures with your child’s name labeled EXACTLY AS IT SHOULD APPEAR IN THE YEARBOOK.  Hard copies images will not be accepted!  

While we will accept outdoor photos and those with alternate backgrounds, we reserve the right to crop the photo so that the student's head and shoulders are the focus of the picture and that the picture will fit properly in the image placeholder.

For all pictures we reserve the right to reject photos that do not meet school dress code.

Senior Recognition Pages

Due November 30th (available to purchase after 7/1/24)

It’s almost that time—your senior will be graduating in just a few months.  Honor all they have achieved by giving your child a gift that will last a lifetime.  Many parents like to honor their child’s achievements by purchasing space in the book to leave their senior a message.  A senior recognition ad appears in the back of our yearbook and can include pictures, quotes and well wishes from graduating seniors’ family and friends. If you are interested in ordering a senior recognition ad, please do the following: 

Create your recognition ad online and make payment at on the Josten website.  

Select: “Order a Student Ad”

Enter: “Charles W Baker High School” in the search field

Click recognition ads to purchase and create your ad

Have other photos to share for the Yearbook?

We need your photos! Our staff cannot be everywhere, so in order to help us get everyone in the yearbook please share your photos of sports, academics, student life, or anything you think should be in the yearbook!
